Club History

Before Foxes Netball Club was formed there were many young girls playing Fox Hollies Little League Netball (now called Foxes Little League). In the early nineties, many of the girls had become too old for Little League; therefore, a Foxes Intermediate Netball Club was set up by Angie Smith and Helen Lane. However, the years soon rolled by and the girls were too old to play at Intermediate level, and so initially joined Ansell’s Netball Club. This is when Angie and Helen decided to take action and set up a Senior Foxes Netball Club. Many of the girls who played originally at Fox Hollies Little League and Foxes Intermediate Level are still with the club today as senior players.
